Governor of Bangkok Welcomed the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Osaka, and President of Japan-Thailand Friendship Association on March 7, 2011
On March 7, 2011, M.R. Sukhumbhand Boribhat, Governor of Bangkok, extended his warm welcome to the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Osaka; and Professor Osamu Akagi, President of Japan-Thailand Friendship Association, in order to discuss the proposal on organizing Tenjin Matsuri Parade at the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s 7th Cycle Birthday Celebration.
