On 18 December 2019 at 10.30 am., Mr. Thosapol Suparee, Director of Traffic System Design Division, Traffic Engineering Office, Traffic and Transportation Department and relating officers from the said Department and International Affairs Office welcomed representatives from the Traffic Police Division of the Indonesia National Police and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand at the meeting room 1, Traffic and Transportation Department for the visit to Thailand during 18 – 19 December 2019. Director of Traffic System Design Division presented Bangkok’s fundamental data and projects relating to the traffic and transportation like road network system, traffic signal, rail system extension, development of alternative transportation routes, environmentally friendly travels, connection of bus, rail and boat service. Indonesian representatives also asked questions and exchanged additional ideas in such issues as control and reduction of road accidents, especially ones with motorcycles, promotion of traffic disciplines, educating school students upon safe trips.
