Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, delivered a recorded congratulations speech during the opening ceremony of Daegu Photo Biennale, which is held during 10 September - 2 November 2021 at Daegu Culture and Arts Center, in Daegu, Republic of Korea. The BMA received a kind support from Mr. Pisut Jarintippitack, D.D.S., the creator of "Bangkok Pulse By Pisut Jarintippitack" Facebook page in submitting photos for the "Borderless Travel," one of the sections of the Biennale.
Moreover, the submissions of the BMA which includes photos by Mr. Pisut, as well as BMA's Culture, Sports, and Tourism Department, and City Planning and Urban Development Department are displayed in an online photo exhibition. For more information, please visit
