Ms. Raushan Yesbulatova, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Thailand, together with Mr. Nurbolat Alimbayev, Counsellor, Mr. Yerlan Danabekov, Counsellor, and Mr. Thanadit Chitaroon, Coordinator, paid the courtesy call on Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, the Governor of Bangkok, to bid farewell on the occasion of her tenure ending. The Ambassador expressed gratitude to the Governor of Bangkok and BMA executives for the warm welcome and support provided to the embassy for the past 5 years during her tenure. The Ambassador will serve as the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to USA and she is going to stay in New York City after her tenure ending. In this regard, the Ambassador said that Bangkok and Nur-Sultan have enjoy the long standing sister city relations for more than 17 years. Previously, the Embassy has requested for support from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for the organizing of activities to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the establishment diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Thailand such as planting memory tree and establishing the model of Baiterek monument at BMA's public parks. The Ambassador also informed that the Vice President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and his delegation are going to have an official visit Thailand to attend the United Nation Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) in May 2022. On this occasion, the Governor of Bangkok wished her a safe trip and successful in the future career. Also, he is pleased to facilitate and support the Embassy in various fields in the future.
