Online workshop on lessons learned from International Organization with the theme of “Human Resource Development of international organization during the COVID-19 pandemic
On 27 July 2022, the International Affairs Office, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) organized online workshop on lessons learned from International Organization with the theme of “Human Resource Development of international organization during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this regard, J.CLAIR Singapore gave the honour of being the speakers at the online workshop. There were 25 participants from the International Affairs Office, the BMA participated in this activity.
J.CLAIR Singapore’s representatives introduced J.CLAIR’s corporate governance and staff training efforts during COVID-19. Representatives from J.CLAIR Singapore also shared case study of Oyama City Government on the following issues: 1) efforts to raise the international awareness of local residents 2) cooperation with its sister cities during COVID-19 3) efforts to support foreign residents during COVID-19 including presenting case study of Ichinomiya City Government on holding local festivals during COVID-19 with safe management measures.
The online workshop concluded with Q&A Session, where participants had the opportunity to learn from and exchange views as well as experiences with J.CLAIR Singapore about human resource development and corporate governance during the COVID-19 pandemic which are useful in supporting the BMA work.
