Mr. Igor Butman, a World-class Russian Jazz Saxophonist and a National Artist of the Russian Federation, Performs at a Concert to Celebrate the Year of Cultural Exchange and Tourism between Thailand and Russia.
On 27th January 2024 at 18.00 hrs., Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, along with Mr. Torsak Chotimongkol, Chairman of Advisors to Governor of Bangkok, and
Mr. Sanon Wangsrangbun, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, joined music in the park performance, “Igor Butman Concert”, at Sala Bhirom Bhakdi, Lumphini Park.
On the occasion of celebrating the year of cultural exchange and tourism between Thailand and Russia, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), along with the Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow and the Moscow Government, Russian Federation, organized the “Igor Butman Concert”, performed by Mr. Igor Butman, a world-class Russian jazz saxophonist and a national artist of the Russian Federation, along with his band. This event aims to strengthen the relationship between Bangkok and Moscow as a sister city and promote closer ties and cooperation between the two cities and support music in the park performances which is in line with the BMA’s policy of " Bangkok, the Venue for Live Music and Performance (Street Shows)”.
