On June 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM, Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok and Mr. Sanon Wangsrangboon, Deputy Governor attended the "Qhapaq Ñan: The Great Inca Trail Exhibition” inauguration. The event was co-organized by H.E. Ms. Cecilia Galarreta Bazan, Ambassador of the Republic of Peru to Thailand, and executives from Siam Piwat Group and was also attended by Dr. Nalinee Taveesin, Thailand Trade Representative and the Advisor to the Prime Minister. The inauguration was held on the 5th Fl., Siam Discovery, Pathum Wan District.
This exhibition showcases photographs of the Great Inca Road, a historically significant route spanning over 30,000 kilometers, which has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The exhibition is open to the public for experiencing a glimpse into the Peruvian way of life along this culturally rich route.
