Innovative Bangkok-Global Business District Exchange

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, 09.30 - 11.30 hrs. at Centara Grand Hotel and Bangkok Convention Center, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration representatives, led by Mr. Itthipol Ingprasarn, Director of Pathumwan District, Mrs. Jiraporn Pungprawat, Director of the City Relations Promotion Division, and Ms. Rungnapa Yonprasan, Chief of the City Relations Promotion Section, representatives from the Strategy and Evaluation Department, International Affairs Office, and Pathumwan District Office, together with representatives from the Beijing CBD Administration Committee, People's Republic of China, and members of the Global Business District Innovation Club, participated in the Innovative Bangkok Business District Forum themed "Key Development Projects and Digital Economy Ecosystem in Thailand (Case Sharing: Key Development Projects and Digital Economy Ecosystem in Thailand)".
This forum is partly the “Innovative Bangkok-Global Business District Exchange” activity, which aims to promote friendly exchanges between Chaoyang and Pathumwan District including learning about urban planning, management and sustainable development, which all parties expect to be beneficial to Bangkok's operations in terms of economy, trade, urban development and the creation of networks between the city's business districts at the international level.
The Director of Pathumwan District presented the Pathumwan Business and Innovation District Development Plan, which focuses on developing infrastructure along with the concept of a world-class digital economy, "A city with life, information and creativity", using efficient and modern technology for a smart city where responds the needs of people in the community to have a good quality of life, as well as attracting more tourists and investors to come to Pathumwan District.
