Venice-Bangkok ready to sign a memorandum of understanding to strengthen relations between cities
On 12 September 2025 at 17.30 hrs., Governor of Bangkok, together with Mr. Pornprom Vikitsreth, Adviser to Governor of Bangkok Mr. Pimuk Simaroj, Secretary to Governor of Bangkok and officials from International Affairs Office, welcomed Mr. Andrea Marcon, Honorary Consul in Venice, Italian Republic, and Mr. Pradap Pibulsonggram, former Ambassador to Rome, on a courtesy call at the Protocol Room, 3rd Floor, Irawat Pattana Building, Bangkok City Hall, Din Daeng.
In this regard, the Honorary Consul in Venice emphasized the invitation for Governor of Bangkok and BMA delegation to visit the City of Venice and to sign the Letter of Intent between the City of Venice (Italian Republic) and the City of Bangkok (Kingdom of Thailand). Governor of Bangkok graciously accepted the invitation.
