The “Two Stallions” sculpture is a gift from the Government of Mongolia and the Mayor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar City. It stands as a symbol celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Mongolia, while also reflecting the flourishing Sister-City relationship between Bangkok and Ulaanbaatar. Designed by the renowned artist Mr. Ochirbold Ayurzana, the sculpture draws inspiration from the legendary twin horses of Genghis Khan, representing sacred symbols of courage, freedom, and the enduring spirit of the Steppe. The two horses represent Mongolia and Thailand, two nations with distinct identities existing in perfect harmony. Facing each other with elegance and mutual respect, they embody peaceful coexistence and the profound unity between the two countries.

The Governor of Bangkok expressed his profound honor and delight in presiding over the unveiling of the "Two Stallions" sculpture. He remarked that the artwork serves as a powerful reflection of the enduring friendship between the two nations. On behalf of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the Governor extended his sincere gratitude to the Embassy of Mongolia and the City of Ulaanbaatar for this invaluable gift. He further noted that "Two Stallions" will be a source of great pride for Bangkok. The city is dedicated to strengthening friendship ties with Ulaanbaatar, ensuring continued cooperation and mutual growth for years to come. Afterwards, the Governor, the Ambassador, and distinguished guests joined together for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the unveiling.
