On 17 August 2017, 15.30 hours, at Chao Phraya Room, Bangkok City Hall, Pol.Gen.Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, together with Bangkok administrators welcomed H.E. Mr. Kwon Youngjin, Mayor of Daegu, and Daegu delegation on the occasion of paying courtesy call and signing ceremony of the Agreement on the Establishment of Friendship City Relations between Bangkok and Daegu.
Daegu and Bangkok share a close tie. They have strengthened their good relations throughout four years of various exchanges since 2013, such as delegation visits, youth and cultural activities. The exchanges have shown the two cities’ desire to promote cooperation for the good relations between the cities as well as their people.
