Mrs. Anusara Chuensuang, Director of International Affairs Division, participated in the 2nd Tokyo Global Partners Seminar, from 31 January to 3 February 2017. The Seminar was organized under the theme of “International Cooperation and Exchange among Cities: Outcome and Challenges,” aiming to use foreign relations between cities to solve ongoing problems.
