Mr. Takashi Nabeoka, Deputy Executive Director, CLAIR Singapore (The Japan Council of Local Authorities for International Relations, Singapore Representative Office) leaded other 4 representatives to meet with Mrs. Anusara Chuensuang, Director of International Affairs Division on 19 May 2016 at the Meeting Room, Bangkok City Hall. The purpose of the visit to Thailand CLAIR Singapore representatives was to exchange knowledge and update information of management of local administrations of Japan and Thailand. The issues of discussion were related to overall responsibility of the BMA, for example the organization structure, functions, budget, revenue, personnel, etc.
Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and CLAIR Singapore have had a strong relationship through various exchanges and cooperation whether study visits, technical workshops, or CLAIR’s Local Authorities International Cooperation Specialist Dispatch.
