Dr. Vallop Suwandee, Chairman of Advisers to the Governor of Bangkok, attended 4th Asia Smart City Conference on behalf of the Governor of Bangkok. It was held from 19 to 21 October 2015 in Yokohama, Japan. The meeting discussed about building cooperation on sustainable urban development by using smart technology and attracting good involvement of private sector.
