Dr. Vallop Suwandee, Chairman of Advisers to the Governor of Bangkok attended 2nd International Conference on Learning Cities on behalf of the Governor of Bangkok, The conference was held during 27 – 30 September 2015 in Mexico City where Dr. Vallop made a presentation on some of the successful projects of the BMA. Subsequently, he would apply UNESCO’s latest criterion to lifelong education systems of the people of Bangkok.
