Bangkok Youth Representatives Fly to Shanghai
The BMA sent high school students to 11th Shanghai International Youth Interactive Friendship Camp 2015 from 21 to 31 July 2015, held by Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Shanghai Youth Federation. Attended by 120 students from 20 countries, the Camp aimed to promote relations between Shanghai and its friendly cities through many activities, such as dragon boat competition, walk rally, Urban Planning Museum visit, Oriental Pearl Tower visit, Huangpu river cruise, drawing and painting. The participants from each city was given a table to arrange in order to publicize their own city. As the final results were revealed, Bangkok received the second most public votes and was placed as the second most popular among the participating cities.
