Official Establishment of Relations between Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City
M.R. Sukhumbhand Paribatra, Governor of Bangkok and delegation visited Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and on 3 April 2015, they paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Lê Hoàng Quân, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and signed the Agreement on Establishment of Friendly Relations. Both cities shall provide favorable conditions and suitable ground to exchange information and experiences, attentively promote cooperation in the Cities’ strong and advantageous areas, especially in trade, investment, education and training, science and technology, culture and tourism, urban planning, development and environment.
