Russian Ambassador paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Bangkok and discussed about the relations between Bangkok and its sister cities in Russia, which are Moscow and Saint Petersburg. This year, Moscow delegation is planning to visit Bangkok for the signing of Program pf Cooperation between the two capitals. The paper covers the area of public transport, urban development, environmental protection, culture, tourism and sports. On this occasion, the Ambassador invited the Governor to the "Saint Petersburg Spatial Development Forum," which will be held from 22 to 24 May 2015 in Saint Petersburg.
