Deputy Governor of Bangkok visited Beijing to attend the CIFTIS and strengthening Sister Cities relationship
Mr. Amorn Kitchawengkul, Deputy Governor of Bangkok paid a visit in Beijing, People Republic of China during 27-30 May 2013 to attend the CIFTIS organized by Chinese Ministry of Commerce and Beijing Municipality held between 28 May - 1 June 2013 at China National Convention Center (CNCC) to create more opportunities on exchange of information and experiences in city development and services administration between Bangkok with other cities and international organizations.
The theme of Second China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services is Services and Value Added. The host viewed that services and new innovation in a field of economic are an important factor for value added in which service business has different form of selling goods because services are untouchable. The activities in CIFTIS consist of 6 major activities, for example, Opening Ceremonies, High Level of Summit, Exhibition, Business Negotiation, Sell Promotion, and Publicize of Trustworthy Information.
Besides, visiting Beijing is to strengthen relationship and celebrated 20th anniversary of Sister Cities between Bangkok and Beijing. Mr. Amorn Kitchawengkul, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, also participated in Sister Cities talks at China Radio International (CRI) on 28 May 2013 during 2-4 PM.
