The program entitled “London- Bangkok School Partnerships” was held by Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (“BMA”), in corporation with London of the United Kingdom, between 21 and 25 February 2011 at BMA schools.
The program was aimed at building up the educational relationship network by bringing 14 teachers from schools in London to visit 5 BMA schools. Teachers from the two cities had a chance to meet and talk; exchange knowledge and skills; share experiences and ideas, education management, curriculums and teaching methodologies. In addition, a field trip to another country provided the teachers a chance to gain cultural and educational experiences, with greater knowledge.
Besides, after the program ended, teachers from BMA schools and schools in London have continued sharing their photograph and video taking techniques and methodologies through the program website.
