On April 19-24, 2012, 15 Bangkok students participates the Bangkok-Aichi Student Exchange Program 2012 in Aichi Pre-fecture, Japan. The 5-day program is supported by Aichi-Kai, Aichi International Association and Aichi Prefecture that Bangkok students have an opportunity to pay a courtesy call on the Governor of Aichi Prefecture and the Mayor of Inuyama City, to stay with Japanese host families and to study in the high school classrooms for exchanging knowledge and experience between two nations.
To conclude, firstly, the executives of Aichi Prefecture give very warm welcome to Bangkok students that the students have a chance to ask questions to him relating to the city’ specification such as size of its area, symbol of the city, numbers of population, etc. Secondly, Bangkok students attend the classrooms of Aichi’s high school that they can exchange knowledge and ideas on student’s lifestyle and ambitions. This program is a part of the cooperated promotion and expands good relation¬ship between Bangkok and Aichi Prefecture and it is also to strengthen youth level’s relationship on the differences of cultural context between two cities.
